Val di Pejo is a paradise for those that want quiet and relaxing surroundings. This valley is located in the furthest northwestern part of the Trentino region at the foot of the Ortles Cevedale mountain range. At the border of Val di Pejo you will find Val di Sole, considered a single area from an administrative point of view. The Noce river runs through the entire valley.
The Municipality of Pejo, includes several hamlets: Cogolo, Celledizzo, Celentino, Comasine and Pejo Paese, in addition to the other locations called Pejo Fonti and Strombiano. The main attractions of the valley are the ski lifts, especially the new gondola lift called Pejo3000, inaugurated in 2010, that takes up to 100 skiers to a height of 3000 meters in less than 6 minutes starting from the location of Pejo Fonti. Another attraction is the Pejo Thermal Spa Center, which is specialized in providing numerous treatments that take advantage of the therapeutic properties of the local mineral springs. Therefore, numerous nature outings are organized within the Park to give guests the chance to appreciate the natural surroundings and to learn more about the local species that inhabit the Park, a definite must to try!
